We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager covering Kansas City metropolitan area and Midwest.
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and create new business opportunities in the software and IT technology market. Develop a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, cold-calling, and utilizing online resources.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. Understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure their satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
- Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Create and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals, increase market share, and maximize revenue.
- Analyze Market Trends and Competitor Activities: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges. Adjust strategies accordingly to stay competitive.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, product development, and customer support to ensure the delivery of integrated solutions that meet client needs.
- Negotiate Contracts and Agreements: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, partners, and vendors to secure advantageous terms for the company.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by actively seeking out and securing new business and maximizing opportunities with existing clients.
- Provide Feedback to Management: Regularly report on sales activities, opportunities, and challenges to the senior management. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
