For Ahn, the recognition is more than a financial milestone—it’s a testament to resilience and community. “Starting a business in that kind of uncertainty forced me to operate with grit and faith from day one,” Ahn reflected. “But as we grew quickly, I realized the real battle wasn’t just external. As a first-time entrepreneur, Ahn admits she placed enormous pressure on herself to get everything right. “Letting go of perfection and embracing growth gave me the freedom to lead with more honesty, humility, and confidence,” she said.
